CU Learning & Development provides credit union specific programmes on a range of legislative, regulatory, personal effectiveness skills and continuous professional development (CPD) topics. This is done through blended learning, which meet the evolving needs of both staff and volunteers in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Our services
Elearning
Online courses designed specifically for credit unions. New programmes are developed throughout the year and current programmes updated regularly.
In-house Training
All our classroom based programmes are available in-house at credit union, cluster or chapter level, which allows credit unions to choose the location and date for training.
Educational Programmes
CU Learning & Development in partnership with the UCD Professional Academy offer courses designed to address the need for skills development in the credit union workforce. The programmes empower students with best practice learning from industry experts. Courses are delivered part-time over a 5, 8 or 12 week duration, with an online tutorial once a week.
